Reiki Attunements

Reiki energy is transmitted by a Reiki Master during an attunement process. This process opens the crown chakra to receive Reiki energy. Reiki energy helps clean out the energy system and excels spiritual growth. The attunements also open the heart and palm chakras giving the recipient the ability to channel Reiki.

Reiki attunements often start a cleansing process that affects the physical body as well as the mind and emotions. Toxins that have been stored in the body may be released along with feelings and thought patterns that are no longer useful. After an attunement, a 21 day cleansing cycle is suggested for most individuals before receiving a second set of attunements.

A cleansing cycle consists of three cycles of each of the seven chakras, starting with the base chakra, then moving upward through the sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. One chakra is targeted each day then, after the seventh day, the process returns to the base chakra and repeats the cycle. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will be attuned to the energy of Reiki for the rest of your life.
